Mountaineer Dynamics Institute is looking for passionate and knowledgeable instructors to join our team in West Virginia and Virginia. We provide high-quality firearms and self-defense training to thousands of students across multiple states, and we’re expanding!

• Experienced instructors with a background in firearms, law enforcement, military, or related fields.

• Strong communication and teaching skills.

• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused individuals.
